German-born and a second-generation real estate professional, Mark Peschel grew up with a straightforward work ethic shaped by his father: do excellent work and follow through. That foundation has guided his career since 2002 when he began working full-time with buyers, sellers, and investors across San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.

Mark’s experience includes single-family homes, condos, TICs, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties. As both an agent and a San Francisco property owner he brings a practical understanding of long-term ownership including the day-to-day realities of managing and maintaining investment property beyond the transaction itself.

He does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead he tailors his strategy to each client and situation and shifts between advisor, negotiator, and project manager depending on what is needed. Purchasing real estate is complex and Mark views his role as a trusted advisor helping to navigate the process as effeciently as possible. For sellers he is highly involved from preparation through closing and works with a trusted network of local vendors and service providers to ensure properties are positioned effectively before going to market.

Much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals which reflects long-term relationships built on trust and consistency. Outside of real estate he is happily married and a father of two children who attended schools in San Francisco which to this day keeps him closely connected to the city in a very personal way. Mark arrived in San Francisco in 1999 from Berlin, Germany and has since also worked with many clients relocating to San Francisco.

He holds Certified International Property Specialist, Residential Property Specialist and ePRO designations and continues to stay engaged with industry education and evolving marketing strategies. His approach is straightforward: provide clear guidance, do excellent work and help clients make informed decisions for best possible outcomes.
